My annual post. LOL

Hello,

We are babysitting my Uncle's cat and dog. The cat is called Scratchy and the dog is called Max.
Scratchy has to stay in my room, because our cats don't get on with him, They are wondering why they can't come in. Henry and Ringo (The Chuckle Brothers) keep sitting outside my door wanting to come in and bag my bed again. lol But now they have now found a new place to sleep on, MY MUM'S BED lol They are all cuddled up together. It won't be long, just a week... or erm two lol

The cats cuddled up together on Mum's bed. lol

The other day I was on the computer. Honey came in and jumed on to this desk and on to the top of the computer monitor. It's a big, old-fashioned, clunky thing...but she loves sitting there to keep warm. lol She always watches the cursor and it's really funny as her head keeps going up down left right; it's so funny, almost like she's studying. then, when she's nice and warm she drops off to sleep, with her head hanging over the screen. She's cute.

I went shopping last week and got some fresh salmon fillets. I like salmon....and so does Tinks! She's the Seafood Girl.. She can smell it a mile off and stakes out the kitchen until she gets a bit. In fact, they all do, apart from the Old Ladies. They like meat! But Tinks loves fish, tuna and prawns the most:o)

A neighbour came round the other day, to bring us some plants. Anyway, Popeye was hiding behind the door and he got out! He went down the side of the house into the back garden, so I whizzed off in hot pursuit before he got into another garden. There he was in our garden, sniffing all the plants and grasses and looking up at me as if to say 'Just smell those plants...can I eat them?' Anyway, he's a bit slow upstairs and I managed to pick him up and get him back indoors. It's a shame that the mogs can't go outside in safety, but at least with the cat run they can get fresh air and feel the elements....and watch the birdies!

The catching game...

I have been making catnip mice for the cats this week. They all love them especially Bart, who love's to play the catching game. He jumps on top of the wardrobe, catches it and drops it at my feet, its Soooo cute to see, but now he's fed up of catching it and has decided to play cricket instead. Trouble is everytime he whacks it back, it ends up under a big heavy piece of furniture. lol

chilly

Last week was gorgeous the sun was out, and there was a warm breeze that swept past you. Now it's getting very chilling and winter is just around the corner. When ever I make my bed the cats are like new bed made, lol and they all quietly and slowly sneak up onto the bed, and in about 5 minutes there all crashed out keeping each other warm. They must be getting a bit chilly. They shouldent as the heating is on full blast and the fire is on. lol

This is Ringo and Henry. Keeping each other warm. awww

Catnip mice

Hello soooo Sorry about not blogging in a while. The computer broke It's like a computer graveyard here. lol

It was Honey's birthday in July. She is now 3! and Olive, Megan and Popeye are 4!

They like catnip mice, you can buy them from the pet shop or make them. These are all the things you will need to make one

catnip powder or treats.
needle and thread
some fabric the colour is up to you
template for the body
template for the ears
some black string
stuffing

1 Draw the template around the fabric and cut around the edges.

2 Sew the two body sides together but dont forget to make room for your stuffing and catnip.

3 Put the stuffing and catnip in the mouse body and sew the two sides together.

4 At one end of the mouse sew the black thred on thus makes a tail.

5 Draw and cut around the other template and sew the ears on.

6 Get the needle and thread and sew eyes, mouth and nose on and that's it. You are about to make your cat very happy.

My gran moved a couple of years ago and she was not allowed to take pets so we ended up with Jimmy. lol

The New Cat Run

Hello.

Sorry that I have not been blogging, just been a tad busy.

The other day me and my mum made some vegan brownies. They where delish. We also made a vegan carrot cake that was also yummy.

The other day I made a brooch and a bracelet. I put some beads on the bracelet.

My Uncle is staying with us because he is making the cats a cat run. We already have like a sun room and we also had two sheds and we brought one up he is using that. They can look out down the garden, he has made a run on either side of the shed. On the right side of the sun room there is a cat hole so they can get in and out of the first run and when they go through it they are then in the first run. This is attached to the shed which has a cat hole at either end and so then there is the other side of the run. The shed is just for like a chill out area; the 2nd side is not done yet but the 1st is and they love it. After the cat pad is done we are going to have a water fountain so they can watch the water. There is also a bush by the viewing shelf so they can watch whats going on in the garden.

For your cat, it is much safer if you have a cat pen for them so they do not get run over, shot, hurt or snatched because one of our cats got shot. Her name is Muppet. At first we though she had cancer but we realised she had got shot. She was very lucky because it was at night and the vets were closed, but she is fine now.

Painting and stuff

Hi everyone. Sorry that I haven't been blogging for a while; our computer is broken so we are borrowing my uncle's laptop.

The other day my brother came and he dropped some paint off that my other brother sent. I chose lilac and sky blue for my room and yesterday I finished it. All I need to do is gloss it a bit; it looks really nice. My mum said it looks cottagey.

The other day me, mum and my granma went to a charity shop and my mum found a megga bargain. She found a single yellow sheet and it came with a single duvet cover and two pillow cases. The duvet cover has embroidered blue flower patterns and it looks really nice.... and its nice and warm. Even the cats agree with me. I found three of them on it, snoozing away.

I'm trying to make a pink face cloth. I have only done three rows so I think it should be done in a week I really like the pink colour. It's a really light type of pink. I'm also knitting a hairband with flowers, in a deeper pink and it looks cool so far.

I did some spelling yesterday and computer stuff.
